How to tackle recent increase in natural disasters in India?

So as we know that there is an authority for the disaster NATIONAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY which is headed by Prime Minister of India, it is the apex body.

We need to solve the problem of awareness, education, preparedness, prediction and much more..... Which can reduce the disruptive impacts of natural disaster.

And last... We cannot stop the disaster as it is natural phenomena. But we can always make them less damaging if we understand why they happen, and prevent or mitigate them.
